| BBQ!!!!! place on foil skin side down , season with melted butter , salt , garlic salt , black pepper . Grill it hot it will only take 10-15 min the meat will flake off when done . I sometimes do a honey glaze . When the thick part of the fillet is just want in to flake and I know it's just a minuet or 2 away from being done I'll drizzle honey on it .
I mix the melted butter and seasonings together and brush it on the fish acouple of times during cooking .
Depending on what kind of salmon you get will make a big difference on how much much flavor and how moiste the fish will be | |
