West Texas | Power supply went out in my computer. Found out it was only a 100W power supply. It needs at least a 350 W for everything I have running off of it. It has a PC card for the wireless internet and is set up as a server with printers etc hooked to it. I cannot connect to the inernet without it unless I use dialup on my laptop. (very, very slow if and when it wants to work)Got one of the hand-me-down computers(Win 98) out of the kids room and put the wireless card in it. Even got it to work!! But can't network anything, this pc doesn't have enough slots (or power or memory) to add another card. But at least I can check my e amil and my favorite web page. | |
