As windy as it is today (Sunday) I hope it will dry things out enough to start Tuesday I an lacated in N.C. Ohio. We have very rolling ground so water runs off very well. Sometimes a little to fast. We will start planting both soybeans and corn. But will watch weather and see when it is going to warm up
