Finally figured out that in IE, needed to go to "Tools-Internet Options-Connections-Lan Settings" and check the "Auto detect proxy settings" box. Also, "Thanks" to Dave Orr for the quick email response. This fix has worked for some WildBlue subscribers, but not for others. We know nothing about the problem beyond this. |
