Bottom line, I don't know.  WildBlue is doing some kind of caching on a proxy server.  Some people are getting WildBlue to work on this site with XP.  But I think Vista users are still having problems.  I have no experience with Mac and Safari.  But I would look for proxy server settings and try to set safari to "automatically detect proxy settings".

I had similar problems when I was using Direcway.  Satellite ISP providers seem to try to cache as much as possible at their network operation center.  That seems to cause problem for sites that are running active server pages like this one.
