| Ringo, thanks for the reply. Microsoft updates didn't work, but mcafee did load and the virus scan found nothing, but it didn't like the script in csrss.exe which is apparently being hijacked. I googled it and found some info that seems to apply to my situation. It said that this comes in on an email. My son is going to hook up an external hard drive and transfer my required info to it and then clean up the internal one. At least that is what I think he said. Does this sound like the way to go?
