Are you upgrading from version 1.0 to 2.0?
You cannot upgrade the lightbar directly from firmware version 1.00 to
firmware version 2.00: You must first upgrade the lightbar to the
firmware version 1.01. If you try to upgrade directly from version 1.00 to
version 2.00, the lightbar will not recognize the new firmware file.
