Elkhart, Illinois | Not comfortable with 10-34-0 in furrow due to injury potential. It is a good source of P to decrease dependance on broadcast phos. in no-till. Lots of different folks have opinions about placement of different products... but the fact remains, if I put anything WITH the seed, I want assurance from the manufacturer that it won't have any negative effects on germination, stand loss etc. I have never known anyone to make that claim about 10-34-0. Also, many retailers use a "common" shared line for 10-34-0 and 28/32%. You certainly would not want that cross contamination. | |
