| Got the combine set up and started just before dark. Cut a hopper. Testing around 10% with some butterbeans and a few green pods. They will go in a bin with air. They are gonna be pretty good but they are SMALL. Haven't cut enough to hazard a guess on yield yet. Also need to get a test weight.
Am also pretty impressed with how the 922 feeds vs the old 224, I didn't think there would be that much difference. Looks like they increased the auger speed some.
This head also has an SCH easycut system on it. I didn't realize that when we bought it. It looks to be doing a really nice job, as well. Any tips or pointers on this setup? | |
