A dry ton (zero moisture) will remove 1.8# of P and 10# of K. The amount of nitrogen removed is dependent upon your management. Nitrogen concentration can range from 0.05% to 1%. Doesn't really make much difference as almost all of the nitrogen in stalks is volatilized and totally lost during the decay process so the effective nitrogen removal is essentially zero.
