Subject: RE: Drying corn, and sticker shock.............

I have a 27' with 3 stirators 10HP fan full floor and wall air tubes.. But I have use natural Gas its about half cost what propane is.. Guess first question is why do you put heat to it before its full ? I always felt that made wet walls .. and I always put as Much heat to it as i can for the first 12-24 hours 150- 165 20-24% corn then cut the heat down to 120 Degrees for 24 hours then 110 degrees till its dry 3 days 4 nights for uncleaned 24%- 26%corn this is usually full and stirators are pushing corn when it heats up use to grow cornfor frito lays and kellogos never any complaints of stress cracks

Oh and usually 15.5% - 16% hot will cool to under 14% but that depends on how much air you can put thru it
