Boy that is a really hard one, what do you share and what do you not?

Distant relative, just went to cash rent, I am thinking he is uncomfortable with it and you made a boat load this year since commodity markets are in the news.

Had the same thing but I knew a guy well enough I shared my figures the last few years and he asked why are you still here?

I want to farm your ground, my answer. You hired me because you knew the last guy ripped you good and you knew I wouldn't do it. Enough said.

Decades of that, I doubt.

The cash rent deal has really heated up with these prices but we all have to have relationships that makes us work together.

I don't know enough of the situation to give you wise advice but when you can produce soil improvements and they can see it they are fools not to keep you.

There are many fools out there who could care less about the soil improvements because they know when they are gone, it is done.

Somehow renting keeps ticking on.

Good luck on whatever you decide.
