It's a dried sludge. Some people would never put it on their ground but they dump motor oil on it. You know what I mean. Dr. Terry Logan is a professor emiritus from Ohio State and a world leading expert on sludges, heavy metals etc. I don't see your levels being high at all and I was just commenting if you have any doubts, talk to an expert like Terry.
