North Cental Mo. | I think it's just the opposite buddy. I'd have to look to make sure, but I'm pretty sure you have the right half. I bought a peace of land a few years ago and the adjoining landowner mentioned that he had the opposite one and that it was stated in his deed. I looked at mydeed and nothing was said about it . Good neighbor no problem, and we both upkeep both ends when we go around fence, neither wants cattle out.
