You could talk to your state people.  Here in NE it would be the NE Crop Improvement.  They may be able to supply you with inbreeds and some advise to do or not to do. 

You may need to pick it by hand and have it dryed in gunny sacks.  Need to pick it before freeze.  Hand shell it.
