Oh, they have 30,000 cows to milk in one area in Ca.  It is called Chino Valley.  My wife's uncle had 10,000 cows there.  AltaDina Dairy. They produced raw milk.  Only way to tell where his cows ended and the other person's started was a fence.  I could believe they have 50,000 cows in this one area.
