just a tish NE of central ND
I used to have some at half share of crop/ half share of fertilizer and spray/ harvest, half program benifits.I provide all other machines and labor free. But could not collect my half of harvest at the going rate because of "reasons"beyond my control.Had to settle on about what fuel for combine and my labor would cost.
Talk about spinning my wheels !
Ive done it on a third share also.I provide the inputs. Hi dollar input crops dont work either when harvest prices are low.I dont htink there is a right"fair" way to do rent as there are always variables that change the risks from day to day.
