Caution; Focusing on the milking procedure only for mastitis prevention could be frustrating, in the Big picture IMHO stall maintenance is equally important. With that said, I don't know your operation or if it would be a fit, but have you considered robotics. Compliance is a non issue in that situation. Del

added captions;
pix 12-13, clean comfortable cows (sand bedding)
pix 1, teat cleaning w/ specialized cup, alternating air+water w/ sanitizer, air dry, fore strip
pix 2, milking cup attachment
pix 3, milking (3/4 cow)
pix 5, cup removal by qtr
pix 7, teat spray
