Central To Everything and Close to Nothing
Further to Paul's comments, what you can do to get the grids to show up on the 2600 is to create an AB or A+ track with a track spacing that will give you the size of grids you want. In the GS2 Pro Mapping screen, the space between the grid lines should be the same as the track spacing you set in for your guidance. To calculate the track spacing you need for the size of grids you want, convert the acres to square feet and take the square root of that. Once you have that done, you can then navigate to to intersection of the grid lines and then create a point flag for your sample point. Beacuse you can't record a note for the flag, you will have to document by hand where each sample was taken. It sounds like this type of the application for the 2600 is going to be improved in the near future but for now this should get you going.
