| For our early beans coming out of IL we start with BBL 156 which is a blue lake variety and them move to Hystyle. We are trying a little Ulysses from Seminis and do plant Hercules (plant habitat is close to hystyle but it is 2 days longer and does better on root rot prone fields). In central WI we are mostly Masai which is a whole bean variety and them move to some Hercules. We finish up in IL in the fall mostly with Hystyle. | |
