Subject: NH3 and Insight Direct Command

I have hooked up a direct command system to a NH3 bar with Raven Control valves, shutoff valves and flow meter. The Insight says it is putting on the correct amount of NH3 (195 lbs) and total N (160 lbs). The problem I am running into is that the total lbs the Insight says it puts on is consistently 8-10% less than the actual lbs that are being weighed across the scale. Example: Insight total NH3 applied = 6800 lbs Scale total applied = 7400 lbs
I have tried lowering the Flow meter cal number from 72 to 66 to 62, but it still stays the same amount off. Could there be problem with the flow meter? Is there anyway to check it? I plan on calling Raven in the morning but I knew I could get some good advice or suggestions here. I would think I should be narrowing the percent error but so far no dice after 7 tanks, still 8-10%.

If anyone has any suggestions I would love to here them.

Thanks for any help.
