Subject: Replace radar, standalone GPS, or Hook up Ez-500??

Highland co. Ohio
The radar has gone nutty on my JD8310. It used to just go nuts every once in a while, now it just works every once in a while. I've got a EZ 500 and ez steer that get used most in this tractor, but does get moved to my fathers tractor for spraying. I need the radar input for the planter monitor and I use the hitch/slip feature when pulling the ripper.

So should I:
Replace radar with Dickey-John unit $560 (from dickey-john)
Get a standalone GPS $360 (ag-tronix)
Get the cables to hook my EZ-500 up $200 (ag-tronix)
or any other options you might have

Thanks, Jeff
