I wouldn't worry much about the gravel yard unless you get a hard rain to carry it away.the sun should degrade it shortly. The tank I would rinse with Ammonia and a good tank cleaner.All else fails rinse it with a little diesel fuel. Make sure you dispose of properly of course.
