I noticed on the national map that your area also is under Flash Flood advisories.
Its interesting how so often it is feast or famine with these weather patterns, and its often in localized areas as well. In our area we are in good shape but you go less than 50 miles north or east and they'd be happy to get .30". I've been on both ends of the pendulum so I know how it goes.
