Another possibility is a Grape Colaspis. Iowa State has info on it at http://www.ent.iastate.edu/grapecolaspis/ U of I has i nfo at http://www.ipm.uiuc.edu/bulletin/pastpest/articles/200311b.html Here is a shot of them next to a White grub. Dinky little things
