If you try to view your data in the free FOViewer program, that program shows all data that got logged... even if it is not mappable for some reason (low fow, header up, etc). You can click the "Shadow sites" checkbox and every GPS site that was logged will show up. That would let you confirm that no data was logged, or that data was logged but was out-of-range for some reason.
