| So far it has been the discovery that after zoning some fileds into High, Medium and Lo production zones using Sattelite Imagery and sampling 3 zone seperate, our PHOS was a limiting factor. We then added higher amounts to those areas and had very good yield response, more than enough to pay for the extra costs. Funny thing was the initial reason to zone was to VRC the N. In our case (high PH, calcareous soil, eroded hilltops) finding areas that are P deficient is a bigger benefit than varying the N, although we do both. | |
