Central To Everything and Close to Nothing | A couple of angles to explore:
Are you able to connect the Starfire to the bulkhead connection on the tractor? Or do you have a StarFire with only a female connection because if that is the case you will need male to male jumper harness that your dealer should have on hand. If you are able to connect the reciever to the tractor, it should show up on the CAN although I have seen it where the male connector on a new iTC did not make good connection and using the jumper harness is a quick fix until you have time to take the male connection apart and check the pins.
When you updated your system, did the Starfire update properly? If not you might need to force the software to the reciever again. You can try to do this with the 2600 but I have had better luck doing that with an original display and mobile proccessor. Again, get your dealer to look into this for you. If they won't, they should. |
