Nebraska
Cost is obviously important. Service after the sale is even more important. Honestly as a P ag dealer, there aren't many OUTSTANDING differences, they both will do what they were designed for. Using omnistar HP on a trimble system has tighter repeatable accuracy than sf2 (2-4" vs. 3-5") don't hang me on the accuracy's please. be sure to know exactly what you want to do with the display be it spray control, planter control etc. and colors of your equipment because trimble has more cross platform abilities....trimble has more kits for deere tractors than deere does! mentioning the red combines, the insight as yield monitor and autopilot controller may be in your future.
