Subject: EZ-Guide Plus

Kenton, TN

Updated the firmware on an EZ-Guide Plus today for a customer and the screen is blank. He had two units to be upgraded, one upgraded just fine and the other says the upgrade was complete in the ez-tool box but the screen is blank. Any suggestions.
