Sunnyvale, CA | The EZ-Steer 500 will probably work with all of your vehicles. You can view the vehicle list at http://www.ez-steer.com/home.shtml
The EZ-Steer 500 electric motor does not have gears so it is very quiet.
To move the system from one vehicle to another, you first install a ($75 to $200 depending upon the model) steering column bracket on each vehicle. then it is a simple matter to move the components to another vehicle. The antenna is mag-mounted on the cab roof, the electric motor has two wing nuts, the EZ-Guide 500 may have a RAM mount. The controller has a few nuts to loosten. You might want to get a separate controller mounting plate for each vehicle because the EZ-Steer controller has the gyros and should be firmly mounted to the vehicle. Some growers install extra antenna and controller cables to save time re-routing the cables.. | |
