Subject: Man, blades are high!....opinion needed.

Central Kansas
It's time to reblade at least the front of my Sunflower disk. Looked at it yesterday and counted blades..........figured $30 max on price per blade. Checked with the dealer this morning. Blades that I would have gotten from Sunflower were $48 apiece. Priced JD blades and with discount, still were $36.50 apiece. Decided to bite the bullet before they get any higher and bought them. Parts man said after these are gone....price go UP! Imagine that!

Now I need your opinion. rear blades measure almost 22in and they are original Sunflower low concavity blades (2 1/4 in. I think...maybe 2 1/2 ). Going with JD blades, 22in. with a concavity of 2 3/4in. Will I have a problem with this configuration? Tell me what ya think so if need be I can go buy the remaining ones at this price.
