Does this model of planter toolbar flex both up and down? We are looking for a inexpensive 40' toolbar for a 24 row 20" NH3 applicator. We are hoping to use something like the Dawn 3004 fertilizer units for low disturbance NH3 placement in no-till in the fall. Our thought was to find something that would flex and follow the ground contour better than just a folding 40' toolbar. The 1780 planters are still pretty high. How about a kinze 2100 stacker bar. Do they flex down past center?
