I need a set of 18.4 42 hub duals and was wondering if there is more than one dia. of axles.... seems like 100MM rings a bell. Also seem to remember that there are hubs with different number of bolts - is 10 bolt what is most common? What should a guy have to pay for a set with or without tires? Thanks, Kevin
