Likewise, I would recomend waiting till the wind was away from the beans, a calm day is actually a worse time to spray than one with a little wind because the diacamba can drift anywhere. One other thing to remember is that diacamba can pickup & drift for several days after sprying, especially on hot, humid days, so you will want to take that into consideration.

As far as damage to the beans from dicamba, it all depends upon how much gets on them. From my experiences over the years the dicamba will make the beans look bad but unless you geternough on them to kill them they will usually comeback & yield as well if not better than those not affected. Dicamba was originally deleveloped as a growth stimulate for soybeans. Still I would be very careful as I have had beans killed from dicamba drift.
