Nothing, just make sure they line up on the drive line between the engine and transmission. You'll need to make sure you have a crankshaft sensor on the flywheel housing with a pickup if you’ve got a PS. The NTC 855 non-after cooled is the same basic hp as the L-10 with more torque. The 855 is a little longer.
Just thought of something which axles do you have? RABA planetary, RABA Bar or ZF Bar? Reason is the differential is different and could be a problem with the oil pan. The RABA planetary is the easiest to swap you’ve just got to get a front pickup oil pump and front sump pan. Most everything is a tape measure and common sense.
