I like the overhead boom before the hosereel. You can fill both ways if you want to.

I try to stay away from running chemicals through my pumps. Sometimes they'll cause foaming inside the pump and ruin suction if you're trying to draw water up if you're primed with chemical. I've had to rinse the pump out and reprime before. Caused me a bit of headscratching the first time it happened. Might not be a bad idea to label a chemical pump "poison" or something similar either. Sometimes neighbours borrow my pumps to fill or drain their swimming pools, etc.

Nice remote shutoff on your bottom tank drain. Ever have troubles if that valve handle doesn't swing really easily?
