Subject: I think 12A is in the eye of the beholder......we couldn't..........

At 2-4mph, and 15ft........maybe 5A.

I am guessing the upside vs plowing is need only go 2-3 inches with rotovator, just to kill surface weeds/grass.

We want it for thin soils which tend to clod.
