Kirkwood Il. | You have a stuck pilot C1or C3 spool. Remove the 2 plugs at bottom front of control valve nearest C1 & C3stamp on cover.(takes a 7/8 socket or newer might take allen wrench) above each plug is a spring and spool. Spool should drop out after removing plug if OK. Install a long 10-24 screw in end of spool and pull stuck spool from valve. LIGHTLY polish spool, clean and work up and down in valve bore till completely free. | |
