Just contracted an paid all of mine for 2.95 B-2. delivered when I need it. This is for the whole yr.This is as low as he's been all winter and most of fall. Said next week it was going up to 3.05. His opinion (which means nothing) is it could be 3.50 by spring summer and higher by fall.
