I bought a salvage title car for my daughter in college. Not damaged, just fraudulently totaled. Nice car. She got hit in the rear on the interstate in a traffic slowdown. Totalled out. The other driver's insurance admitted liability right away and was willing to settle. They checked on title and liens, when it was salvage title, 25% discount. We bought it back, fixed it and still using it. I would reccomend that much discount. You may sell it to an insurance company on the first load. Physically it is probably as good as any other one.
