There were also some pretty crooked things that went on when the Soviet version of communisim went away.I heard of farmers hauling all their livestock and crops into processors, then waiting for a check that never came.Lots of little people got screwed,a few who were smart,?, shifty enough, cornered the market on some things and made out like bandits, kind of similar to capitalism?I read of bus drivers and taxi drivers in Iraq that, the day Sadaam fell, just took their taxi or bus home that night and lo and behold the next day they were independant operators.I read the BTO story too and I would guess there was more to the story than what we are aware of.Maybe they should have interviewed some of his small time operator neighbors, then we would know if he is the great operator or just a crook at the right time and place.
