Deflate and douse it with rubber lube or really soapy water if you don't have any RL.. Reinflate. Deere used to inflate tractor and combine tires to at least 50 PSI for tranport. Use a pressure regulator set at 50 PSi and use a clip on air chuck.Then KEEP AWAY ! It will seat.
