Well, you never know. The guy did spray it. He had been on it. How do you know if the neighbor is just screwing with you? I walked it but was a little skeptical. I baled the field years ago and it had a lot of ruts in it. Plus, I know it's been in annual ryegrass for years and there has to be a reason for that. Um, and it is Feb and it is Oregon, so I guess I should have known. The strange thing about this type of soil is that it feels solid but if you spin a tire or run the front coulters too deep on the drill it just turns to mush.
