Trouble is, the ones fighting to stay afloat are the ones getting screwed. The smaller farmer who actually needs that land, has a miniscule chance to actually get it, seeing as the established farms have much more land to back them up. They do not need it from a business perspective, but as an ego trip.
CUT RATES?
