Thanks for the ideas bullhauler. I suspect the throw out bearing is OK, because their is no noticeable noise or vibration transferring through the clutch pedal or linkage like you would expect with a rough bearing. I have not been under the truck yet, so I need to get under there, grease the release bearing and make sure all the covers are in place.
