Brazilton KS | This has been discussed over and over, but there's no logical reason I can figure out to justify dumping the bags. If you drive through a wash you unload one bag virtually instantly as the wheel goes into the hole, much much quicker then a trailer can unload. If you unload a machine off of a flat trailer, you remove the entire load practically at the same time, again much quicker then a hopper unloads.
Putting the dump valve in the cab is going to require a signal line running to the trailer. If one is unloading, one is going to be out of the cab anyway...most that I have seen with a dump valve have it mounted on the trailer in a box with the pressure gauge. | |
