| i have a 7200 12 row planter that i pull with an older tractor so i use the factory jd pto pump for the vac. last year i went to the e-sets meters and they worked great but i have to run the tractor 3/4 throttle or better to keep the vac pressure up. i even took the little bypass tube of the back of the vac motor and that helped a little bit but not much. my question is, would a pump from a different brand of planter have more capacity than this one? anyone know what this one is rated at so i can compare? the pump i have is a cast aluminum one. | |
