Is the Load Carrying Capacity for a tire based on the maximum operating speed? Can the tire have more load under slower conditions? Example, I'm looking at using a tire that has a LCC of 4600 lbs. When this tire is under the heaviest load is when I would be in the field operating. Any feedback is welcome.
