You might check your flywheel slip clutch and make sure it is not locked tight. It is designed to slip a little every time the plunger hits. If it doesn't it will greatly reduce the drive train life. It should be too hot to lay your hand on for very long if it has been running a while. I learned this the hard way several years ago. Craig
